Tutti Bambini The Baby Show Giveaway – T&Cs

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Tutti Bambini Ltd (the “Promoter”).
   
   

2. Eligibility
   This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
   
   

3. Exclusivity
   This giveaway is exclusive to attendees of The Baby Show at the NEC Birmingham (8th–10th May). It is not open to the general public online. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Baby Show, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
   

4. How to Enter
   

   To be automatically entered into the daily draw, participants must:

   • • Place an order with Tutti Bambini in person at The Baby Show NEC Birmingham.
     • The total order value must be £250 or more.
     • Orders must be placed between the show opening and closing times on the 8th, 9th, or 10th of May at the Tutti Bambini stand. 

   
   

5. Competition Period
   

   The giveaway runs daily for the duration of the show:

   • Day 1: 8th May (Friday)
   • Day 2: 9th May (Saturday)
   • Day 3: 10th May (Sunday)

   
   

6. Prizes
   

   • There will be one (1) winner selected per day (three winners in total).
   • Each winner will receive a £250 refund against their show order.
   • The prize is issued as a partial refund to the original payment method used for the order and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
     
     

7. Winner Selection
   

   • One winner will be selected at random each evening from the pool of eligible orders (£250+) collected at the show that day by the Tutti Bambini team.
   • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
     
     

8. Winner Notification
   

   Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of their order. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from that day's eligible entries.

9. Prize Delivery
   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Product delivery is expected by the end of April/ early May. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays outside of its control.

10. Use of Entries & Content Rights- By entering this competition, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, and use their submitted photo or video across the Promoter’s Instagram channel for marketing purposes.

    - Content will be credited where reasonably possible.

    - By entering, participants confirm that:

    They have full permission to share the content submitted.

    They are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured.

    The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

11. Data Protection
    By entering this competition, participants agree that any personal information provided may be used by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

13. Liability
    The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not successfully received due to technical issues, network failures, or platform malfunctions.

14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
