Tutti Bambini X Pramworld Giveaway on Instagram – T&Cs

  1. Promoter
    The promoters of this competition are Tutti Bambini Ltd & Pramworld (the “Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

    This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:
    • Like the post
    • Follow both @tuttibambiniuk and @pramworld
    • Tag an account in the comments section.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each comment and tag should be a new account. Lookalike accounts will be ignored

 

5. Competition Period
The giveaway opens on the date the post is published and closes at 23:59 on 21st September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

6. Prizes
- One (1) winner will receive the price mentioned in the giveaway post by Tutti Bambini and Pramworld

  1. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected by the Pramworld team based on the above mentioned participation criteria after the competition has closed. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted from the official Pramworld account only on 22nd September. Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  2. Prize Delivery
    Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Product delivery is expected by the end of September/ early October. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays outside of its control.

    By entering this competition, participants agree that any personal information provided may be used by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

    The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not successfully received due to technical issues, network failures, or platform malfunctions.

    14.Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
