Frequently Asked Questions

CoZee bedside cribs are suitable from birth to approximately 6 months or when your baby begins to sit up unaided.

Yes, our cribs are height-adjustable and designed to fit most adult beds. Always check product dimensions for compatibility. For Divan beds, you may need to purchase an extra set of safety straps. Please also note that any beds with a 'gap' between the adult mattress and the base of the adult bed will not be suitable for safety reasons.

Use the included USB cable to charge the device. A red indicator light shows while charging, turning green once fully charged. If using the Sensory Bar with the CoZee Sense Bedside Crib, remove it from the crib before charging. Always ensure either the Sensory Bar or the blank insert is fully fitted before use.


Yes. Short press the + button to increase the volume and the – button to decrease it. To adjust brightness, long-press the + button to increase brightness and the – button to reduce it.


Yes. The Sensory Bar can be removed from the stand and used independently. If using the Sensory Bar with the CoZee Sense Bedside Crib, please refer to the product manual for full instructions on insertion and removal. Always ensure either the Sensory Bar or the blank insert is fully inserted into the frame before use.
