Extended Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At Tutti Bambini, we ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

We are so confident of this, that you can now extend your warranty against manufacturing defects to 3 years, absolutely FREE subject to the following conditions set out below:

• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights
• Tutti Bambini reserve the right to decline any guarantee if the terms and conditions are not followed
• This extended three year guarantee is applicable to Tutti Bambini products only
• This guarantee is only available to the original purchaser who completes the guarantee registration process
• This guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the product only. It does not cover any consequential losses such as time or other products that are not registered against this guarantee
• You must register your extended guarantee within 28 days of receipt of your product
• This guarantee only covers new products and does not apply to ex-display or second hand products
• This guarantee covers your product for manufacturing defects only. It does not cover you for issues such as the following: Customer Misuse, Normal Wear & Tear, Accidental Damage, Modification of the product
• Tutti Bambini reserve the right to repair your product where possible, supply a replacement part, or replace the product. This will be determined by Tutti Bambini in terms of the most suitable option
• Where a repair is offered, Tutti Bambini will collect, repair and return your product within 10 working days. Occasionally this may take slightly longer
• If your product is collected for a repair, a £25 charge will be payable for collection and inspection of your product. If upon inspection your product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, the £25 will be refunded to you. If the issue is deemed as a non- manufacturing fault, Tutti Bambini will contact you before repairing and returning the product to you
• If a replacement product is offered, your current product will usually be collected and it is the customer’s responsibility to disassemble and box up the product for return
• If the product you have is not available or has been discontinued, an alternative product will be offered to the equivalent or similar
• This guarantee does not cover accessories such as accessory packs, changing bags, foam handles, rubber elements on wheels, rain covers and soft items such a bedding, bean bags and play gyms
• Any manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery and done so by contacting our Customer Service Team at support@tuttibambini.com
• This guarantee only covers products purchased and still in the United Kingdom and Ireland
